ONLINE PERFORMANCE COACHING FOR FEMALE STUDENT-ATHLETES

She Has the Talent.

We Build the Mentality to Use All of It.

My Team and I Will Help Her Become the Hammer.

The mental game is trainable. Confidence, resilience and leadership are not personality traits she either has or doesn’t have. They are skills, and through Sofia’s Squad we coach your daughter to develop every single one of them.

WHAT EVERY PARENT WANTS TO KNOW

You Want More for Her
Than Better Performance.

You Want Her to BecomeStronger Through the Experience.

Time alone does not build confidence. Intentional repetitions do.

The problem is rarely a lack of talent, effort or parental support. Most athletes have never been given a repeatable system for managing pressure, responding to setbacks and separating their identity from their results.

She’s been told to “be confident” without ever being taught how.

01

Will my daughter believe in herself?

She doesn’t need more belief. She needs a system that creates it. We give her Identity Statements, preparation rituals and weekly proof so confidence becomes something she builds, not something she hopes for.

02

Will she know how to respond when things get hard?

Right now she’s practicing a response to pressure every single day, either intentionally or by default. We teach her a repeatable process to reset, refocus and choose her next action so pressure stops shaping her identity for her.

03

Will she become everything she is capable of becoming?

Talent without a system stays potential. We help her turn ability into intentional effort, confident leadership and consistent action, week after week.

The right process strengthens all three.

Through coaching, she practices each skill until it becomes part of who she is.

THE MALLEUS MENTALITY

Think. Respond. Lead.

Like the Hammer.

Malleus means “hammer” in Latin. Through the Malleus Mentality,
we teach your daughter how to create the outcome she wants,
own the moment and become the standard when it matters most.

The best method combines a trusted coach with a proven framework. This is not occasional motivation.

It is coached repetition that turns knowledge into behavior and behavior into identity.

THINK

Know Who She Is

She builds an identity rooted in confidence, purpose and proof so she can trust herself from one performance to the next.

Identity Statements. Daily Questions. The Four Anchors. A system she can return to every single day.

RESPOND

Own the Moment

She practices the words, focus and reset tools that help her respond with purpose when pressure rises.

Words of Power. Three Filters. The 7.5-Minute Standard. Repeatable tools, not vague advice.

LEAD

Become the Standard

She learns to turn her ability into intentional effort, leadership and follow-through in sport, school and life.

Hammer Habits. Weekly action standards. Proof she can see and measure.

BE THE HAMMER.

“If you see more in your daughter than she currently sees in herself, I understand.”

If one mistake, one difficult game or one coach’s opinion can change how she feels about her ability, I have lived that too. There was a time when several coaches questioned whether I could play lacrosse at any level in college.

I didn’t get coaching because something was wrong with me. I got coaching because I was serious about becoming everything I was capable of becoming.

I learned to define myself by my preparation, use every result as information and build confidence through consistent action. That journey eventually led me to earn All-American recognition in both high school and Division I college lacrosse.

Getting help is not weakness. It is a performance advantage. The best athletes already have coaches for their skills, strength and conditioning. Mental performance deserves the same commitment.

It is why I co-created the Malleus Mentality. My team works directly with our athletes to help them become the Hammer: confident, powerful young women who know who they are, lead with purpose and rise when the moment matters most.

How we build the mentality

A 13-Week Curriculum.

A Repeatable Coaching Rhythm.

Time alone does not build confidence. Intentional repetitions do.

Mental performance compounds just like physical training. The earlier an athlete learns how to control her language, focus and response to pressure, the longer those skills have to strengthen. Confidence should be developed before the biggest moments, not left to chance when those moments arrive.

The curriculum repeats in evolving cycles so each lesson becomes more familiar, personal and usable. New situations, deeper questions and higher standards help your daughter learn the process, apply it and eventually own it under pressure.

1

Begin with her real world

Every Zoom starts with her past week, one meaningful win and what helped create it.

2

Return to the foundation

We return to the Four Anchors, Three Filters, Daily Questions, Words of Power, Identity Statements and her 7.5-Minute Standard so the foundation becomes automatic.

3

Teach, apply and create proof

We connect one focused lesson to the moments she is living, then choose one action she can practice and prove that week.

Repetition creates recall. Application creates ownership. Proof builds identity.
